This is an example of my baking and pastry work with Blue Coast Bakery. As the Corporate chef, new product development was an integral part of the operation. This was a HACCP , GMP , Level 2 QSF manufacturing facility. Our main focus was consumer goods and limited food service. I directed R&D for retail outlets, samples and food service contract business. Accounts included: Trader Joes, Walmart, Aldi, Target, Sams Club, British Airways, United, 7 Eleven and various C-store business.
