 For more than seven-years I was the Corporate chef representative for Archer Daniels Midland Co. As the independent chef I was directed to orchestrate numerous corporate events. From in-house press release product luncheons to the USA Cuban Exhibition. Initially the responsibilities included product recipe development for an annual stockholders luncheon for fifteen-hundred guests held at headquarters. Then, it progressed to various trade show presentations, IFT, NRA  and finally to Cuba. The Cuban exhibition included televised Soy Food presentations and trainings for the Cuban Culinary Institute. The Cuban Ministry event and the Cuban Exhibition featuring many American companies doing healthcare and food business in Cuba. This event was a career milestone upon meeting and attending Fidel Castro presentations about Cuban food needs. ADM was instrumental is creating a conduit for soy foods, rice and other food staples in early 2000. I was honored to be a part of this historical event.
